I am sorry to inform you that I decided to close this restaurants-list.
Since a few years I hardly go out to eat in Amsterdam, so the information here was more and more outdated.
Actually, soon we will move from Amsterdam (Netherlands) to Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam).
Maybe in the future you will find a 'Restaurants in Saigon' page here :).
